FINAL UPDATE (8:10 PM): It is working again! Thanks to Populi's tech team our old automation is working while the Moodle team works on updating it. If your course registrations are not showing up in Moodle or if you have any other questions please be in touch with Student Services: students@genesisu.edu
UPDATE (7:25 PM): Moodle Tech support is starting to work on updating the automation. We also reached out to Populi tech support and they will try to enable the old automation in the meantime.
UPDATE (6:37 PM): The Tech Team identified the issue as an API automation affected by the new Populi updates. We do not know yet how long it will take to fix. In the meantime we will begin training staff on how to process the backend of the registrations manually. Please allow a few days from when you register for a course until it shows up in your Moodle account.
Original Message: New course registrations are currently not showing up in Moodle. We are aware of the issue and have escalated it to the Tech Team. Hopefully it will be fixed shortly.
